- Low-threshold counseling for university members and affiliates who have experienced discrimination, in cases of observed discrimination, regarding individual coping strategies and empowerment with a focus on discrimination experiences
- Support for university students, staff, professors, and lecturers on possible courses of action in cases of discrimination.
- Networking with internal and external stakeholders on the topic of anti-discrimination
- Coordinating further measures to improve the university’s anti-discrimination activities on an individual, structural, and cultural level
